This learning paper explores how the Malawi Value Chains (MVC) programme moved beyond measuring dissemination to understanding whether information influenced decisions, changed practice, and informed project adaptation. Drawing on practical experience from the programme, it presents a simple feedback loop framework, evidence from implementation, key lessons, and transferable insights for designing learning systems that turn information into action.
